Villa Mareselva: The Holiday Home and the facilities
The 4-room house has a living /dining room with fireplace, satellite color tv, CD-player and an exit to a balcony with a view on the mountain slope of the Costa Brava.
The kitchen has an oven, freezer dishwasher and microwave.
There are 3 double bedrooms, 1 room has a double bed, 2 bedrooms have 2 beds.
On a lower terrace is covered barbecue with garden furniture. The garden (800m2) has terraces on different levels. The beach is on a 2 km. distance
Prices exclude all bed linen/towels and cleaning. Bed linen and towels are for rent for 10 Euros a set (excl. beach towels).
You must leave the holiday home in good order, clean and wash and put away all kitchen utensils before your departure. There is a down payment of 50% when booking. 30 days for receipt of keys the client will pay the rest. Deposit: 150, - Euro when receiving the keys. Villa Mareselva: The Surroundings of the holiday home
The house lies next to the edge of the wood where you can walk up to Tossa de Mar. The sandy beach of Cala Canyelles is on 2000 m distance between Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar.
There are many sport facilities like riding, tennis, miniature golf, lido, water skiing, wind surfing, and sailing. In the interior, everchanging scenery, sites and monuments of which some are internationally known, and -picturesque villages and towns await the curious visitor.
Barcelona lies on 80 km and Girona 40 km distance.
